Clinic charter · Marrakech
Seeing a gynaecologist takes trust. This charter sums up what the clinic commits to at every consultation and what you can expect. It is written in plain language and applies to every patient, whatever her situation.

Every patient is received with respect and without judgement, whatever her age, family situation or beliefs. Your questions, even delicate ones, are welcome.
Everything said and examined at the clinic is covered by medical confidentiality. Your information is shared with no one without your agreement, except where the law requires it.
Before any examination or treatment, the doctor explains what he proposes, why, and the alternatives. Nothing is done without your agreement, which you can withdraw at any time.
The examination takes place in private, with respect for your modesty. You may come accompanied and ask for a person of your choice to be present during the examination.
Equipment, surfaces and procedures follow strict hygiene rules, detailed on the Hygiene at the clinic page.
The clinic promises no results. The doctor says what he does and does not do, and refers you to a colleague or a suitable facility when your situation requires it.
Fees are given to you before the consultation, on request.
To make the consultation useful: bring your medical documents, tell the clinic if you cannot attend, and mention your allergies and current treatments. Respect goes both ways, towards the doctor and the team.
